Carrot Global is seeking experienced, dependable, and enthusiastic ESL teachers to provide one-on-one online English lessons to adult and young learners.
This is a great opportunity for teachers who want a consistent remote teaching schedule without lesson planning, finding students, self-promotion, or marketing. Students and lessons are assigned automatically.
COMPENSATION
Base Pay:
- $13–$15 USD per hour
- $14–$16 CAD per hour
- ₩16,000–₩18,000 KRW per hour
- Pay is divided per 10-minute class at $2.17–$2.50 USD
- Monthly Good Attendance Bonus
- Annual performance-based pay raises

While our base rates offer entry-level hourly pay, working with Carrot Global provides a predictable, hassle-free stream of income. There is zero spent time on lesson planning, self-promotion, or marketing. All students are assigned automatically.
With back-to-back classes, flexible schedules, modest attendance bonuses, potential unpaid time off (UPTO) for full-time teachers, and annual performance-based pay raises, you can focus strictly on teaching and maximizing your earnings without administrative overhead.
Create your own consistent schedule within our available teaching hours:
- Morning: 6:00 AM–11:00 AM, Monday–Friday KST
- Evening: 5:00 PM–12:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday KST
- Choose morning, evening, or a combination of both
- Minimum 20 hours of set availability per week
- Minimum 4 days per week
- Your selected schedule remains consistent each week
- Part-time and full-time opportunities available
- One-on-one online English lessons
- Classes range from 10–60 minutes, with 10–20 minute lessons being the most common
- No lesson planning required
- No self-promotion or marketing
- Students are assigned automatically
- Classes are typically scheduled back-to-back
- Bookings are based on performance and student feedback and are not guaranteed
- Long-term opportunities available
- Minimum 1 year preferred

- Quiet, professional teaching environment
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to type notes while speaking with students
- Ability to troubleshoot basic technical problems independently
- Experience with virtual classrooms or webinar platforms
