About the Role

Our client is seeking a nurturing and experienced Early Childhood Development Facilitator to join their dedicated team, serving families remotely. This role is focused on guiding and supporting parents and caregivers in fostering optimal development in young children through evidence-based practices and resources. You will design and deliver engaging virtual workshops and provide personalized guidance to promote a stimulating home learning environment.

This is a key position for someone passionate about early childhood education and skilled in remote engagement, making a difference across Gauteng and beyond.

• Design and deliver engaging online workshops and information sessions for parents and caregivers on child development topics.
• Provide personalized coaching and support to families to enhance their capacity to support their children's learning and well-being.
• Develop and curate age-appropriate resources and activities for early childhood learning.
• Assess family needs and recommend appropriate interventions and support strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of participant engagement and program outcomes.

• A qualification in Early Childhood Development, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in early childhood education or family support.
• Proven experience in facilitating workshops or training sessions, preferably online.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathetic listening skills.
• Proficiency in using virtual meeting platforms and digital communication tools.
