About Company Debe Learning is a fast-growing online education company providing personalized 1-on-1 live classes to students aged 5–15 across the US, UK, and Australia.
We teach Math, Coding, English, and Science through structured and engaging learning experiences designed to help students strengthen concepts, apply their knowledge, and build confidence.

Role Overview We are looking for a  Math Curriculum Developer  to create high-quality, structured learning materials for students across  Grades 1–10 , aligned primarily with the  US curriculum and Common Core standards .
This is a  contractual, deliverable-based role . You will be assigned specific topics/classes and will be responsible for creating a complete set of learning materials for each class.
The ideal candidate should have strong mathematical knowledge, understand grade-appropriate learning progression, and be comfortable creating engaging educational content using PowerPoint, documents, and AI-assisted content tools.

Deliverable for Each Class Each class deliverable will include:
Class Notes – PowerPoint Presentation
Clear concept explanations
Learning objectives
Grade-appropriate examples
Worked-out questions
Visuals/diagrams wherever relevant
Practice questions during the lesson
Structured progression from basic concepts to application

2. Teacher Notes
Teaching instructions and explanations
Important concepts to emphasize
Common student misconceptions
Suggested questions/prompts for student interaction
Guidance for explaining difficult concepts

3.Homework Worksheet -  The homework sheet should include questions across three difficulty levels:
Easy  – concept understanding and fundamentals
Medium  – application-based questions
Hard  – advanced/problem-solving questions
Materials should be accurate, well-structured, visually organized, and suitable for a  1-on-1 online class environment .

Key Responsibilities  Develop Math curriculum content for Grades 1–10 based on assigned topics.
Ensure content is aligned with  Common Core / relevant US grade-level standards .
Create structured and engaging PowerPoint-based class notes.
Prepare detailed teacher notes to help tutors conduct classes with minimal additional preparation.
Create differentiated homework questions across Easy, Medium, and Hard difficulty levels.
Refer to trusted learning platforms and curriculum resources such as  IXL, Khan Academy, Common Core standards, and similar sources  while developing content.
Maintain consistency in terminology, formatting, teaching approach, and difficulty progression.
Review all content carefully for mathematical accuracy before submission.
Incorporate feedback provided by the curriculum team and revise deliverables when required.
Coordinate with the design team, where required, for final formatting and branding.

Required

Skills & Qualifications  Strong command of Mathematics for Grades 1–10.
Good understanding of the  US Math curriculum / Common Core standards .
Prior experience in Math teaching, curriculum development, instructional design, textbook/workbook creation, or educational content development is preferred.
Ability to explain mathematical concepts clearly and simply.
Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy.
Good PowerPoint and document creation skills.
Comfortable using AI tools such as  ChatGPT or Claude  to support content development while independently reviewing and validating the output.
Ability to research curriculum standards and appropriate grade-level questions independently.
Ability to meet agreed timelines and consistently deliver high-quality content.

Compensation  ₹250 per completed and approved class deliverable.
One class deliverable consists of:
Class Notes PPT + Teacher Notes + Homework Worksheet containing Easy, Medium, and Hard-level questions.
Payment will be calculated based on the number of completed and approved class deliverables.
