As a core member of our teaching team, your success will be defined by your ability to deliver fun, concept-driven live classes, build a strong bond with students, and contribute to our shared goal of creating confident, curious learners. You'll also play a key role in shaping a world-class learning experience for kids in the UK, US, and Australia — all from the comfort of your home.
About Debe Learning:
Debe Learning is a fast-growing online education company that provides 1-on-1 live classes for students aged 5 to 15 across the UK, Australia, and the US.
We teach Math, Coding, English, and Science in a way that’s structured, personalized, and fun — so students not only perform better but also learn to think, apply, and grow. With regular feedback loops, creative projects, and detailed parent reports, we’re building the most trusted parallel learning platform for global families.
Responsibilities:
Conduct high-quality 1:1 online classes for students in Math and Science
Personalize lessons based on the child’s learning pace and style
Use real-life examples, visuals, and interactive tools to explain concepts
Track student progress and provide feedback after each session
Communicate effectively with the operations team and contribute to student success stories
Participate in regular team meetings, training, and feedback loops to continuously improve
Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and student rapport at all times
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Math and Science.
Excellent English communication skills
Strong subject knowledge in Math and Science..
A working laptop/PC with a camera and mic, and reliable internet connection
Ability to teach in an engaging, structured, and student-friendly manner
