We are a growing team of Educational Psychologists who have formerly worked for local authorities and continue to work in partnership with them.

• Qualified Educational Psychologist or to be qualified for September 2027.
• You will be part of a friendly independent Educational Psychology Team working primarily within Lincolnshire and North East Lincolnshire.
• Focus on early intervention and preventative work through working as a link EP for a patch of schools and developing and delivering county-wide training workshops.
• Close links with the local authority through multi-agency working and contributions to Education, Health and Care needs assessments.

• Someone with a creative approach to applying psychology in schools
• Someone who is innovative and forward thinking in their ideas for meeting the needs of children and young people in Lincolnshire and surrounding areas
• Someone who is well organised and can work autonomously and efficiently in delivering an EP service to their patch of schools
• Someone who is committed to working as part of a team to grow the service and increase the accessibility of psychology support to young people, families and educational settings.
