About the Role

Our client is actively recruiting for an enthusiastic Online High School Tutor to deliver engaging virtual lessons to students in George and surrounding areas. This role involves providing academic support across various subjects, helping students grasp complex concepts and achieve their learning objectives through personalized online sessions. You will leverage digital tools and platforms to create an interactive and effective remote learning experience, playing a key role in our client's commitment to accessible and high-quality education delivered entirely online.

• Conduct one-on-one and small group online tutoring sessions across designated subjects.
• Develop tailored learning plans based on individual student needs and academic goals.
• Utilize digital whiteboards, shared documents, and other online tools to facilitate effective teaching.
• Monitor student progress, provide regular feedback, and communicate achievements to students and parents.
• Maintain accurate records of sessions, student progress, and performance metrics.

• A relevant degree in a subject area suitable for high school tutoring.
• Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or curriculum development, ideally in an online setting.
• Strong understanding of the South African high school curriculum.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for remote engagement.
