Key Responsibilities   Conduct dynamic and interactive online English lessons for individuals and small groups.
Develop personalized lesson plans based on student needs, proficiency levels, and learning goals.

Provide constructive feedback on pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary to students.
Monitor student progress and report on their development in a timely manner.
Requirements   A Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
A TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is highly desirable.
Previous experience teaching English as a second language (ESL/EFL).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural skills.
