Enhance procurement learning initiatives as an Experienced Learning Consultant with a prestigious Canadian financial institution. Engage in a hybrid work model while creating impactful training content.
The client is searching for a seasoned Learning Consultant for a short-term contract in Toronto. You will be responsible for developing training materials, job aids, and instructional videos to support procurement platforms. Collaboration with various business units will be key to ensuring successful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain job aids and training materials
• Develop instructional videos to support learners
• Collaborate with stakeholders on effective learning development
• Review existing materials to align with changes
• Track content updates efficiently using Excel
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in training development and content creation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office 365, particularly Word and Power Point
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities
• Experience with ZIP, Coupa, or similar tools is desirable
Utilize your expertise in content development and training to drive successful learning outcomes in this role.
