Online Course Facilitator - Business Studies

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and engaging Online Course Facilitator specializing in Business Studies to join their remote team. This position involves guiding students through online learning modules, fostering active participation in discussion forums, and providing timely feedback on assignments and assessments. You will play a key role in creating a positive and effective virtual learning environment, helping students develop a strong understanding of business principles and practices.

The ideal candidate is passionate about business education, possesses excellent communication and facilitation skills, and thrives in a flexible, fully remote setting.

• Facilitate asynchronous online discussions, encouraging student interaction and critical thinking.
• Grade assignments, quizzes, and other assessments, providing constructive and timely feedback.
• Respond to student queries and provide academic support via email, discussion forums, and virtual office hours.
• Monitor student progress and engagement, intervening when necessary to provide additional support.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of online course content and delivery methods.

• A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Business Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in teaching or facilitating business-related courses online.
• Excellent understanding of core business concepts and current industry trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage students effectively online.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and online collaboration tools.
