Online Tutor - Physics

About the Role

Our client seeks a highly qualified and motivated Online Tutor specializing in Physics to join their remote educational team. You will provide personalized one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions to high school and college students, helping them grasp complex physics concepts. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere. The ideal candidate is passionate about science education and excels at explaining difficult subjects in an accessible manner, contributing to improved student understanding and academic performance in Centurion and beyond.

• Deliver engaging and effective online tutoring sessions in Physics to students of various levels.
• Develop personalized learning plans based on student needs and learning objectives.
• Utilize digital whiteboards and collaboration tools to facilitate interactive learning experiences.
• Provide constructive feedback on student work and monitor their progress towards learning goals.
• Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding academic progress and areas for improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Physics or a related scientific field;
  Master's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in tutoring or teaching Physics , preferable in an online setting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with online tutoring platforms and educational technologies.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student learning styles and paces.
