• Utilize various learning management systems (LMS) and authoring tools to build and deploy educational modules.

• Proven experience as an Online Curriculum Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of developed online courses.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in using instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and online pedagogy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
