About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Remote Early Years Coordinator to oversee and enhance their early childhood education programs from a distance. This role requires a leader who can inspire and guide educators, develop innovative curriculum, and ensure the highest standards of care and learning are met across various virtual and, where applicable, physical touchpoints. You will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational excellence of the early years sector, contributing significantly to the organization's mission of providing exceptional early childhood experiences.
This is a key position for a remote professional passionate about shaping the future of early education, based out of Bloemfontein or remotely.
- Develop, implement, and review early years curriculum and pedagogical approaches.
- Provide remote leadership, mentorship, and professional development to early years educators.
- Ensure compliance with all educational standards, regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Monitor the quality of teaching and learning across all programs through virtual observations and data analysis.
- Collaborate with management and external stakeholders to drive program innovation and improvement.
- Manage budgets and resources allocated to the early years department effectively.
- Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Significant experience in leadership roles within early childhood settings.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate remote teams.
- Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy, curriculum design, and assessment.
- Excellent strategic planning, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with digital tools for management, communication, and program delivery.
