About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and engaging Early Childhood Development (ECD) Facilitator for their innovative program in Upington . This role involves designing and delivering interactive learning experiences that foster foundational skills in young children, focusing on cognitive, social, and emotional growth. You will work with diverse groups of children, creating a fun and supportive atmosphere that encourages curiosity and participation.

This position requires a creative individual passionate about early learning and capable of adapting activities to suit varying developmental levels, potentially involving remote and on-site engagement.

• Develop and deliver engaging, age-appropriate ECD curriculum and activities, both in-person and potentially virtually.
• Facilitate learning through play, storytelling, arts, and crafts to stimulate young minds.
• Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and colleagues.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that meets the needs of all children.
• Collaborate with other facilitators and stakeholders to enhance program quality and outreach in Upington .

• Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Development, Education, or a related field.
