About the Role
Our client is seeking a creative and experienced Virtual Preschool Curriculum Developer to design and build our next-generation online learning programs. This is a fully remote position where you will conceptualize, develop, and refine digital curriculum for preschoolers (ages 3-5) that is both educational and highly engaging. You will work with a team of educators and designers to create an innovative, play-based online learning experience.
This role is perfect for someone passionate about early education and experienced in creating digital learning content for young children, contributing from anywhere in the country.
- Design and develop a comprehensive, play-based online curriculum for preschool-aged children, covering key learning domains.
- Create engaging digital learning materials, including interactive lessons, games, stories, and creative activities suitable for a virtual environment.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and animators to bring curriculum concepts to life visually.
- Ensure all curriculum content is age-appropriate, pedagogically sound, and aligned with early learning standards.
- Develop assessment tools and methods to track children's progress within the virtual learning environment.
- Research and integrate the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education and digital learning.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in curriculum design, with a focus on early childhood education.
- Demonstrated success in developing engaging digital learning content for young children.
- Strong understanding of child development, pedagogical theories, and learning frameworks for preschoolers.
- Excellent project management and collaboration skills, with experience working in remote teams.
- Proficiency in educational technology tools and platforms is highly advantageous for this role serving children nationally.
