About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a dedicated and innovative Remote Early Learning Facilitator to join their growing online education platform. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging virtual learning experiences for young children, fostering their curiosity and foundational skills from the comfort of your home office. You will utilize a variety of digital tools and interactive content to guide children through age-appropriate lessons, activities, and assessments.

• Develop and deliver live, interactive virtual lessons for early learners (ages 3-6).

• Facilitate positive social interactions and collaborative learning among children in virtual breakout rooms.
• Assess children's progress through observation, participation, and digital tools.
• Provide constructive feedback to parents or guardians on their child's learning journey.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging virtual classroom environment.
• Utilize and adapt to various online learning management systems (LMS) and digital resources.

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience teaching or facilitating learning for young children.
• Proficiency with virtual classroom technologies, video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet), and educational software.
• Strong understanding of early learning principles and child development.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective remote interaction.
• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
