About the Role
Our client is seeking an enthusiastic Virtual Preschool Teacher to lead their online learning classroom based in Rustenburg . You will be responsible for creating an inspiring and interactive virtual environment where young learners can thrive. This role requires a creative approach to digital instruction, focusing on early literacy, numeracy, and social-emotional skills through engaging online activities. You will connect with children and their families through live sessions and digital communication, ensuring a high standard of early childhood education is delivered remotely.
The ideal candidate is passionate about early learning and adept at using technology to foster growth and development in a virtual setting.
- Design and deliver interactive online lessons tailored to preschool-aged children.
- Lead virtual group activities, story times, and educational games to promote learning and engagement.
- Provide personalized support to students, addressing individual learning needs and developmental goals.
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and participation in the program.
- Manage the virtual classroom environment to ensure a safe, positive, and stimulating online space.
- Early Childhood Education certification or equivalent qualification.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching preschool-aged children, preferably in a virtual or online capacity.
- Proficiency with online learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom) and digital educational tools.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and interpersonal skills for engaging young learners remotely.
- A strong understanding of early childhood pedagogy and child development principles.
