About the Role

Our client is seeking an innovative and experienced Remote Early Childhood Curriculum Developer to design engaging and effective educational programs from anywhere. • Design and develop a comprehensive, standards-aligned early childhood curriculum, covering all developmental domains.
• Create engaging learning materials, lesson plans, activities, and assessment tools suitable for remote delivery or blended learning environments.
• Research and integrate best practices in early childhood education and child development into curriculum design.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, subject matter experts, and educational consultants to produce high-quality learning resources.
• Ensure curriculum content is inclusive, culturally responsive, and adaptable to diverse learning needs.
• Provide guidance and training materials for educators on curriculum implementation, supporting remote facilitation.

• Advanced degree (Master's or higher) in Early Childhood Education, Curriculum Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or teaching at the early childhood level.
• Proven expertise in developing engaging and effective early learning programs.
• Strong understanding of child development theories, learning principles, and assessment strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex educational concepts clearly.
• Proficiency with digital learning tools and curriculum development software.
