About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Online Pedagogy Consultant to provide expert guidance on effective teaching and learning strategies for digital environments. This fully remote role involves advising educators, instructional designers, and program managers on best practices for designing and delivering engaging, high-impact online courses. You will leverage your deep understanding of learning theories, instructional design principles, and educational technology to help shape pedagogical approaches and improve student outcomes.

• Advise on and develop effective pedagogical strategies for online courses and programs.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field with a focus on online learning.
• Extensive experience (5+ years) in online teaching, instructional design, or educational consulting.
• In-depth knowledge of adult learning theories, pedagogical models for online environments, and assessment strategies.
• Proven ability to provide strategic advice and implement practical solutions.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience working effectively in remote consulting roles.
