About the Role
Our client is seeking engaging and knowledgeable Online Course Instructors to deliver high-quality education in a fully remote setting. You will be responsible for facilitating online learning sessions, fostering student interaction, and assessing student progress in your area of expertise. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for teaching and sharing their knowledge, who are comfortable using digital tools and thrive in a flexible, remote work environment.
You will contribute to a growing online learning platform that empowers individuals to expand their skills and knowledge.
- Deliver engaging and interactive online lectures and training sessions via video conferencing tools. Develop course materials, including presentations, readings, and assignments, relevant to the subject matter.
- Facilitate online discussions and forums, encouraging active participation and peer-to-peer learning.
- Assess student understanding through quizzes, assignments, projects, and active participation.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their academic performance.
- Maintain consistent communication with students and the platform's support team.
- Advanced degree or recognized expertise in the subject matter being taught. Previous experience (2+ years) in teaching or training, preferably in an online environment.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage a virtual audience.
- Proficiency in using online learning platforms and video conferencing software . Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting .
- Demonstrated passion for the subject and for educating others.
