About the Role

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and tech-savvy Online Learning Facilitator to guide students through their digital literacy programs. Based in Paarl, this role is entirely remote, focusing on supporting learners as they develop essential skills for navigating the digital world. You will foster an engaging online learning environment, provide timely assistance, and ensure students feel confident and competent in their use of digital tools and platforms, contributing to their personal and professional growth.

• Facilitate online learning sessions, guiding students through digital literacy modules and activities.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments and student progress.
• Respond to student inquiries and provide technical support related to the online learning platform.
• Develop and maintain a positive and interactive online learning community.
• Monitor student engagement and proactively identify learners who may need additional support.

• Proven experience as an online facilitator or educator.
• Strong understanding of digital literacy concepts and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage learners remotely.
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other online collaboration tools.
