• Design and develop engaging learning materials, including e-learning courses, instructor-led training, and performance support tools.
• Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning solutions.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
• Develop assessment strategies to measure learning effectiveness and learner performance.
• Utilize authoring tools and multimedia technologies to create interactive and visually appealing content.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and quality standards.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design and curriculum development.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and multimedia software.
• Strong understanding of learning theories, instructional design principles, and assessment design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage projects and work independently in a remote environment.
