About the Role

You will be responsible for engaging students in virtual classrooms, providing technical and academic support, and ensuring a positive and effective online learning experience. • Facilitate online classes, webinars, and discussion forums, ensuring active student participation and engagement.
• Provide technical assistance to students and instructors regarding the learning management system (LMS) and other digital tools.
• Offer academic support and guidance to students, helping them navigate course materials and assignments.
• Monitor student progress and engagement, identifying and addressing potential issues proactively.
• Collaborate with curriculum developers and instructors to refine online course content and delivery methods.
• Provide feedback on the effectiveness of digital learning tools and platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in facilitating online learning or providing technical support in an educational context.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas) and virtual classroom software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote setting.
