Learning Assistant 1

We are looking for two 1 to 1 Learning Assistants to join our team here at Mablethorpe Primary Academy.

We have an exciting opportunity to appoint two enthusiastic and caring Learning Assistants, one to work in Key Stage 1 and one in Key Stage 2 on a fixed term basis until the end of the current academic year.

The appointed Learning Assistants will be required to work with the pupils on a 1:1 basis or with small groups of children with special educational needs if required. You will be a professional role model to the pupils, with the skills and confidence to challenge and motivate.

The roles are Monday to Friday for 32.5 hours, term time only (39 weeks). Here at our Academy, we put the child at the centre of a caring, sharing and achieving school, where positive relationships are based on mutual trust and respect, and this is at the heart of everything we do.
