About the Role
Our client is looking for a compassionate and experienced Remote Parent Coach to provide guidance and support to families virtually. This role focuses on empowering parents with the skills, strategies, and confidence needed to navigate the challenges of raising children. Working from a remote-first setting, you will conduct one-on-one coaching sessions, develop personalised action plans, and facilitate online workshops to address a range of parenting concerns.

- Conduct virtual coaching sessions with parents to identify goals, challenges, and develop effective strategies.

- Develop personalised action plans and resources tailored to the unique needs of each family.
- Facilitate online workshops and group sessions for parents on various parenting topics.
- Maintain confidential records of client interactions and progress.
- Stay current with best practices and research in parenting support and child development.
- Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in coaching, counseling, or therapy, preferably with families or parents.
- Excellent virtual communication, active listening, and empathy skills.
- Proficiency with video conferencing and online collaboration tools.
- Strong understanding of child development and effective parenting techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload remotely.
