About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and experienced Virtual Childcare Coordinator to manage and oversee their remote childcare services and support programs. In this fully remote role, you will be responsible for coordinating virtual educational activities, managing online resources, and liaising with parents and remote caregivers to ensure a seamless and enriching experience for children participating in the program. You will play a key role in developing and implementing strategies that enhance remote learning engagement and support the developmental needs of children within a digital environment, working with a forward-thinking organization that champions flexible work solutions.

• Coordinate the scheduling and delivery of virtual childcare programs and educational activities.
• Manage online platforms and resources used for remote childcare services.
• Liaise with parents, providing support and information regarding their child's engagement and progress.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance virtual learning engagement and parent participation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide basic support for users of the virtual platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience in childcare management, educational program coordination, or a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience with virtual learning platforms and digital communication tools.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
