About the Role
Our client is seeking a motivated Online Learning Facilitator to join their innovative educational team, operating remotely to serve students nationwide. This role is central to delivering engaging and effective online courses, providing guidance and support to learners navigating digital educational platforms. You will foster an interactive virtual classroom environment, facilitate discussions, and ensure students remain on track with their studies.
The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, an excellent communicator, and passionate about leveraging technology to enhance learning experiences, contributing to a flexible and accessible education model from anywhere in the country.
- Facilitate online courses, moderating discussions and encouraging student participation in virtual forums.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments and assessments submitted through the learning management system.
- Offer academic support and guidance to online students via email, chat, or virtual meetings.
- Monitor student progress and engagement, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
- Collaborate with curriculum developers and instructional designers to continuously improve online course content and delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, a relevant subject matter field, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in online teaching, facilitation, or virtual student support.
- Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong digital literacy.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to a remote work environment.
