About the Role
Our client is seeking a creative and experienced Remote Childcare Curriculum Developer to design innovative educational programs for early learners. In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, structuring, and writing engaging curriculum content that aligns with developmental milestones and educational best practices for children up to age six. You will work independently, leveraging your expertise to create resources that can be delivered virtually or as supplementary materials.

- Research, design, and develop comprehensive curriculum frameworks for early childhood education programs.
- Create engaging lesson plans, activity guides, and learning materials suitable for various age groups (0-6 years).
- Ensure curriculum content is aligned with national and international early learning standards and best practices.
- Develop assessment tools and strategies to track children's progress effectively.
- Collaborate with educational consultants and instructional designers remotely to refine content.
- Maintain accurate documentation and version control for all curriculum materials developed.
- Proven experience in curriculum development for early childhood education.
- Strong understanding of child development, pedagogy, and learning theories.
- Excellent writing, editing, and instructional design skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with digital learning platforms and online educational resources is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Early Childhood Studies, or a related field is preferred.
