About the Role

Our client, an educational non‑profit organization based in Polokwane , is seeking a dynamic and organized After School Program Coordinator to manage and deliver engaging programs for primary school children. This remote role will involve planning activities, managing staff or volunteers, liaising with parents, and ensuring the smooth operation of the program. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for youth development and supporting children's learning outside of school hours in the Polokwane area.

• Develop, implement, and oversee engaging after‑school activities, including homework help, arts and crafts, and recreational games.
• Supervise and train program staff or volunteers, ensuring high‑quality program delivery.
• Communicate effectively with parents, addressing inquiries and providing regular updates on program activities and child progress.
• Manage program logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and maintaining a safe environment.
• Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and relevant safety regulations.

• Proven experience in program coordination, youth work, or childcare management.
