About the Role

Our client is actively recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic Online ESL Teacher to join their global remote team, serving students worldwide from their base in Polokwane . This position focuses on delivering engaging English as a Second Language lessons to diverse learners, utilizing advanced online teaching tools and methodologies. You will play a key role in enhancing students' English proficiency, confidence, and communication skills, contributing to a positive and effective remote learning experience for individuals from various cultural backgrounds.

• Conduct dynamic and interactive online English lessons for non-native speakers of various age groups and proficiency levels.
• Develop engaging lesson plans and utilize multimedia resources to facilitate language acquisition effectively.
• Provide constructive feedback on students' pronunciation, grammar, and fluency to aid their progress.
• Manage virtual classroom environments, ensuring student participation and a positive learning atmosphere.
• Track student progress and provide regular performance reports to students and the academic coordination team.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
• TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English as a Second Language online.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and cross-cultural interaction skills.
• Proficiency with online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Skype) and learning management systems (LMS).
