About the Role
Our client is looking for a dedicated and highly knowledgeable Senior Online Physics Tutor to join their innovative remote-first education team based in Cape Town . In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online tutoring in physics to secondary and tertiary students, developing engaging digital learning resources, and supporting the academic growth of learners globally. This role is perfect for an educator passionate about making a tangible difference in students' understanding of physics concepts through dynamic online platforms and personalised instruction, contributing to accessible and high-quality education irrespective of geographical boundaries.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality, engaging online physics tutoring sessions using virtual classroom technology.
- Develop comprehensive study guides, practice problems, and multimedia resources for physics topics.
- Provide personalized feedback and academic support to students, helping them overcome challenging concepts.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to enhance online course content and delivery methods.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular reports on performance and engagement to academic advisors.
- Master's degree or PhD in Physics or a closely related scientific field.
- At least 4 years of experience teaching or tutoring physics at the high school or university level.
- Proven ability to deliver effective online instruction and create engaging digital content.
