Senior Online Tutor - STEM Subjects

About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Online Tutor with expertise in STEM subjects to provide high-level academic support. In this role, you will guide students through challenging concepts, foster critical thinking, and enhance their understanding of subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Advanced Mathematics. You will deliver one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions via our advanced virtual platform, adapting your teaching style to meet individual student needs.

• Provide expert one-on-one and small group tutoring in advanced STEM subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Calculus, etc.).

• Utilize interactive online tools and resources to create engaging and effective tutoring sessions.
• Assess student understanding and provide constructive feedback to promote deeper learning and retention.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress, session notes, and performance data.

• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant STEM field (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Engineering).
• Proven track record (5+ years) as a tutor, teacher, or subject matter expert, with experience in online instruction.
• Exceptional knowledge of advanced high school and introductory college-level STEM curriculum.
• Proficiency in using online tutoring platforms, virtual whiteboards, and educational software.
• Excellent communication, patience, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
