• Develop and deliver interactive online lessons covering literacy, numeracy, science, and social-emotional skills.
• Utilize various digital tools and platforms to create engaging and stimulating virtual learning experiences.
• Conduct virtual circle times, story readings, and guided play activities to promote child engagement.
• Provide individualized feedback and support to students and communicate progress regularly with parents via digital channels.
• Manage the virtual classroom environment, ensuring it is a safe, inclusive, and stimulating space for all children.
• Collaborate with other remote educators and curriculum developers to enhance program offerings.

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in using video conferencing software (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) and other online educational tools.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood curriculum standards and developmental milestones.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, adapted for a virtual setting.
