Instructional Designer - E-Learning

About the Role

Our client is seeking a creative and experienced Instructional Designer to develop engaging and effective e-learning content for a global audience. This role involves translating complex subject matter into accessible and interactive digital learning experiences. Working remotely, you will collaborate with subject matter experts, multimedia developers, and project managers to create high-quality online courses that meet the needs of learners across various industries.

• Design and develop e-learning courses using adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Create engaging learning content, including scripts, storyboards, interactive elements, assessments, and multimedia assets.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Utilize authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to build interactive courses.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, with a strong portfolio of e-learning projects.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS).
• Excellent understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and evaluation methods.
• Strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
