About the Role
Our client is seeking a dynamic and supportive Online Learning Facilitator to foster a positive and productive learning environment for their students. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while engaging with learners across various programs. You will guide students through their online courses, provide academic support, encourage participation, and help resolve technical or course-related queries.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, patient, and skilled at motivating learners to succeed in a virtual setting, contributing to a high level of student engagement and retention for all online offerings, ensuring a seamless and supportive educational journey.
- Facilitate online learning experiences by engaging with students in discussion forums, live sessions, and through direct communication.
- Provide timely academic support and guidance to students, answering questions about course content and assignments.
- Monitor student progress and engagement levels, proactively reaching out to those who may be struggling.
- Assist students with navigating the learning platform and resolving basic technical issues.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive online community among learners.
- Provide feedback to instructors and instructional designers on course content and delivery based on student interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in online education, student support, or a facilitation role.
- Strong understanding of online learning platforms and technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
