Location New Westminster Campus Salary Range
$61,824 to $72,081 annually. Salary scale and wage increments are in accordance with the Collective Agreement
The OpportunityThe Team Lead, International Admissions & Recruitment provides leadership and expertise across international admissions, recruitment, credential evaluation, and pre-arrival immigration advising at Douglas College.
Reporting to the Manager, International Marketing & Recruitment, the Team Lead leads the day-to-day operations of the International Recruitment & Admissions team, providing guidance, coaching, quality oversight, and training to support exceptional service and achieve international enrolment goals.
As a Regulated International Student Immigration Advisor ( RISIA ), the Team Lead also provides immigration guidance to prospective and newly admitted students, develops procedures and training resources, and ensures compliance with College and regulatory requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field from a recognized post-secondary institution.
- Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in international student recruitment, admissions, international education, or a related field.
- Minimum two years of experience providing leadership, training, mentoring, coaching, workflow coordination, or supervision of staff.
- RISIA designation in good standing; RCIC designation is an asset.
- An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.

Additional Information- This regular full-time (35 hours per week) position is available starting October 19, 2026
- Regular hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 4.30 pm. Shift days and times may change depending on the Department's need. Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required.
- The position is located at the New Westminster campus; however, successful candidate must be available for occasional work at all Douglas College campuses and offsite locations.
