This role will require a presence of at least 3-4 days a week on our Leeds campus, with 1 day working from home to suit the student timetable. You maybe required to be on campus 5 days a week in some cases, based on teaching and meeting requirements. Our hybrid working model arrangements are a non-contractual benefit which could changes at any point during your employment, so please note that an Arden work location is added to our employment contracts.

About the Opportunity:We are currently looking for a Senior Lecturer to join the School of Foundation Year
- Business to support the huge growth of our Foundation Year Business programmes.
- Responsibility for a programme or suite of associated named awards/programmes
- May support with leadership of several large, core modules
- Line management of Lecturers (who may themselves lead modules) / Associate Lecturers
- Teaching duties (and associated activities) normally up to 8-12 hours per week as agreed with the relevant Head of Department/Director
- Act as a Personal Academic Coach (PAC), supporting students' engagement, progression and academic success.

- Health and Care Management
- International Hospitality and Tourism Management
You will have experience of supporting and managing academic teams/module leaders and have an outstanding ability to engage with students and staff resulting in a positive teaching and learning environment. We are seeking someone who is friendly, approachable, adaptable, flexible, calm under pressure, driven and persistent.
This is a fast-paced environment in an organisation that is growing rapidly so being able to manage ambiguity and change is essential.
Essential Skills /Experience:
