Kodland is searching for passionate instructors to facilitate online trial lessons, recommending tailored programs based on each child's unique needs. This full-time, remote position focuses on teaching coding and digital creativity through engaging activities. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct engaging 1:1 trial lessons remotely via Zoom

• Assess child's needs and recommend appropriate programs

• Lead interactive coding or digital creativity activities

• Build rapport with students and their families

• Guide families through the enrollment decision process

Requirements:

• Strong spoken English communication skills

• Availability for 20–25 hours/week during peak US hours

• Demonstrated interest in working with children

• Comfortable managing a schedule remotely

• Prior experience in sales or education is a plus
