Job Title:
Estate & Lettings Agent Tutor
Salary: £40-£45k depending on experience
Location:
Home-based, with travel as required
The Estate & Lettings Agent Tutor will manage a caseload of apprentices, providing high-quality training, coaching and mentoring to support successful achievement of their apprenticeship and progression to gateway and end-point assessment.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, high-quality training and support to apprentices.
- Manage a caseload and monitor learner progress and achievement.
- Conduct regular reviews with apprentices and employers.
- Set targets, identify skills gaps and provide appropriate support.
- Provide feedback and help apprentices prepare for gateway and end-point assessment.
- Maintain accurate learner records and complete required documentation.
- Build positive relationships with apprentices, employers and colleagues.
- Identify learners at risk and implement appropriate improvement plans.
- Support English, maths, digital skills and wider employability development.
- Contribute to quality improvement, team activities and business development.
- Maintain current industry knowledge and comply with safeguarding, Ofsted and company requirements.
- Level 2 Junior Estate Agent
- Level 3 Housing & Property Management
- Level 4 Senior Housing & Property Management
Essential:
- GCSE English and maths at grade 4–9 or equivalent.
- Level 3 teaching qualification (AET/PTLLS or equivalent).
- CAVA and/or IQA qualification.
- Relevant subject knowledge or qualification.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Experience delivering training and supporting learners.
- Knowledge of Ofsted requirements and quality standards.
- Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and online learning platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
- Experience delivering Functional Skills English and maths.
- Curriculum and resource development experience.
- Experience using platforms such as One File.
Additional requirement:
Enhanced DBS check, including Children's Barred List.
