Senior Early Childhood Consultant; Remote

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Early Childhood Consultant to lead their remote advisory services. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your extensive expertise to guide educational institutions, non-profits, and government agencies in developing and enhancing their early childhood programs. This fully remote position requires a strategic thinker who can analyze complex challenges and provide innovative, evidence-based solutions from anywhere.

You will play a crucial role in shaping best practices and driving positive change in early childhood education nationally and internationally.

• Provide expert strategic consultation to clients on all aspects of early childhood education program design, implementation, and evaluation.
• Lead the development and delivery of advanced training programs and professional development for educators and administrators.
• Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and feasibility studies for new and existing early childhood initiatives.
• Mentor and guide junior consultants and contribute to the growth of the consulting practice.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within early childhood education or consulting.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, program evaluation, and policy analysis.
