Our client seeks a highly skilled and motivated Online Education Specialist to spearhead their digital learning initiatives, based remotely. This role is crucial for designing, developing, and managing high-quality online courses and programs that provide an exceptional learning experience for students worldwide. You will be at the forefront of e-learning innovation, working closely with faculty to translate pedagogical goals into engaging digital content and robust online learning environments, supporting a university-wide commitment to accessible and effective distance education through a fully remote operational model.

• Design and develop engaging and pedagogically sound online courses using various learning management systems (LMS).
• Collaborate with faculty subject matter experts to structure content, create multimedia elements, and integrate interactive activities.
• Provide technical and pedagogical support to students and instructors participating in online courses.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the online learning experience.
• Monitor course progress, analyze student performance data, and recommend improvements for course effectiveness.

• Master's degree in Educational Technology, Online Learning, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and delivering online courses and programs.
• Proficiency with major Learning Management Systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and online pedagogy.
