Job OverviewDo you enjoy supporting early childhood educators and helping them feel confident in their work with young children? The Center for Inclusive Child Care is growing our team and is hiring part-time staff in Duluth, Rochester and Twin Cities Metro areas!

- 5 years of experience providing direct service in early childhood education.
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, child development, psychology, social work, sociology, orrelatedfield.
- Mustpossessand maintain a valid MN state driver's license and vehicle insurance.
- Satisfactory completion of pre-employment screening.
- 3 years of experience providing mentoring, coaching, consultation, or technical assistance.
- Knowledge of Minnesotachild ca relicensing and programmatic requirements in the early care and education system in Minnesota.
- Provideculturallysensitiverelationship-based professional development (RBPD) and coaching toearly careand education settings, including child care centers and familychild careprovidersthroughout
Minnesota.
- Encourage and support collaboration between families, providers, community programs,and organizations.
- Provide coaching toassistearly childhood professionals in supporting, modeling, goal setting and reflection, and resources focused on inclusion, health and safety policies, and/or infant and toddler best practices.
- Workcollaborativelywith early childhood educators to jointly develop and implement action plans to meet ongoing goals.
Provide direct support and modeling as well as observation and reflective feedback to promote goals.
- Assistthose being coached to structure environments, routines and interactions that contribute to positive social-emotional outcomes for the children and families in a program.
- Connect programs, families, and individuals to CICC resources and/or to community partners to access external support.
- This position requires up to 50% travel,typically within one or two hours from your home location.
- Must have valid Minnesota Driver’s license.
- You must own a motor vehicle.
- You must operate a motor vehicle independently andtravel throughout the region, and statewide as needed.
