We are hiring a creative and methodical Instructional Designer to collaborate with faculty in developing interactive module lessons, video masterclass scripts, diagnostic quizzes, and problem-based learning scenarios.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate academic syllabi into engaging online learning experiences.
• Design formative quizzes, rubric-aligned assignments, and interactive case study simulations.
• Review course content for clarity, pedagogical coherence, and alignment with Bloom's Taxonomy.
• Ensure all multimedia and reading materials meet strict copyright and accessibility standards.## Requirements
• Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience designing online higher education courses and LMS modules.
• Strong familiarity with modern pedagogy, asynchronous engagement strategies, and rubrics.
