** Penn State Abington’s Science, Engineering, and Technology Division seeks an instructor in the area of Chemistry for a part-time appointment to begin
** Fall 2026**.
** Job Duties
*** The successful candidate will teach college level courses in either pre-general chemistry, general chemistry, or organic chemistry. Course work in general chemistry may involve laboratory instruction.
* The ideal candidate should be open to offering flexibility in course scheduling and methods of course delivery.
** Requirements and Qualifications
*** Applicants must have the ability to communicate effectively with an ethnically and culturally diverse student population.
* Candidates must have completed at least a Master’s degree in either chemistry or a related field.
* Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated excellence in teaching at the college level.
