.
Who are we looking for?
This role will be a specialist in learning design, digital learning and learning systems, turning business learning requirements into practical, engaging and effective experiences for our restaurant and support teams.
Combining strong learning design expertise with hands‑on content creation, you'll help shape and evolve the Wingstop University, our learning platform and home of learning at Wingstop UK&I, creating an experience that grows with our people and our business.
This isn't simply a content creation role. We're looking for someone who understands how people learn, can challenge and shape a brief where appropriate, and can determine the best way to build capability.
As we grow, you'll play an important role in ensuring our learning remains current, effective, accessible and scalable.
What you'll do- Design and build engaging, practical learning that improves capability and performance across our restaurant and support teams.
- Turn business and learning briefs into effective solutions, using strong instructional design and constructively challenging the approach where needed.
- Create high-quality digital learning, videos, guides, tools and assessments that are simple, accessible and easy to apply on the job.
- Own and continuously develop Wingstop Uni, including its structure, learning pathways, content, assignments, users, reporting and overall learner experience.
- Own the governance and lifecycle of L&D content, ensuring learning remains accurate, current, organised and aligned with operational standards and relevant legislation.
- Use AI, automation and emerging technology to make learning faster to create, easier to access and more scalable.
- Use learning data, feedback and operational insight to measure effectiveness and continuously improve learning and capability.
- Partner with operational leaders, subject matter experts and the wider People team to diagnose capability needs and recommend the right learning solution.
- Manage multiple learning projects from brief through to launch, balancing business impact, pace, priorities and quality.
- Partner with the Ops Excellence team to ensure learning reflects the highest operational standards and best practice.
You’ll know you're succeeding when:
- Our learning is current, accurate, engaging and recognised as best in class.
- Restaurant and support teams have practical learning that helps them build capability and perform better on the job.
- Our LMS is well structured, easy to use and increasingly adopted as the natural place to learn.
- Data, feedback, AI and emerging technology are being used to continuously improve the quality, effectiveness and scalability of learning.
- Our external brand and tone of voice are brought to life across our learning content and pathways, creating a distinctive, engaging and recognisably Wingstop learning experience.
- Wingstop Uni is the natural home of learning at Wingstop UK&I, providing a simple, engaging and best-in-class learning experience that our teams actively use to build their capability and careers.
- Strong instructional or learning experience…
