Instructional Designer - Online Courses

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and creative Instructional Designer to develop engaging and effective online courses for their remote workforce. This position requires a deep understanding of adult learning principles, e-learning technologies, and curriculum development methodologies to create impactful learning experiences. You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts to transform complex information into accessible, interactive, and measurable online modules.

• Design and develop engaging online learning content, including interactive modules, assessments, and multimedia resources.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Apply adult learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning solutions.
• Utilize e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) to build courses.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of online training programs and recommend improvements.

• Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of online courses.
• Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS).
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
