You’ll bring together your expertise in instructional design, FAA air traffic control procedures, and large-scale training program management to ensure personnel perform at their highest level. This role is ideal for a training professional ready to step into leadership, expand their influence, and contribute to one of the most mission‑critical systems in the country.

- Deliver classroom, virtual, and hands‑on instruction to operational and technical personnel.
- Partner with FAA SMEs, engineers, system integrators, instructors, and program teams to ensure training accurately reflects system functionality and operational procedures.
- Maintain training materials, curricula, schedules, qualification records, and other required training documentation.
- Provide subject matter expertise regarding FAA air traffic operations, procedures, and NAS environments.
