The Opportunity

Shape the Future of Healthcare Education with AI! As a Clinical Simulation Content Specialist
, you'll create realistic, AI-powered healthcare simulation experiences that help nursing and allied health students build confidence and clinical competence. Partnering with Product Management, R&D, and clinical experts, you'll translate real-world patient care scenarios into engaging learning experiences that prepare learners for success in practice. Your work will directly impact how the next generation of healthcare professionals learn, think critically, and deliver quality patient care.

Work Location

Realityworks AI is headquartered in Eau Claire, WI. This is a remote position, working from a home office and occasionally visiting headquarters as needed.
Candidates must reside anywhere within the following states: Minnesota, Wisconsin, Indiana, South Carolina, North Carolina, or Florida.
