Online Course Developer & Instructional Designer

• Create interactive learning materials, including videos, simulations, quizzes, and discussion forums, ensuring accessibility and engagement.
• Manage the development lifecycle of online courses from initial concept to final implementation and evaluation.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in online learning and instructional design, recommending innovative approaches.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in designing and developing online courses for higher education or corporate training.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Canvas, Moodle) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design theories, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
