Training Instructor / Specialist, Learning & Development Specialist
L.A. Care Health Plan is seeking a Training and Development Specialist III to design, develop, and facilitate high-impact learning programs. This role focuses on instructional design, content development, and live facilitation across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
The candidate will act as SME, mentor staff, and ensure training aligns with regulatory and departmental guidelines while using Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, and LMS tools to measure outcomes and improve performance.
