About the Role  Our client is seeking a versatile and proactive Early Childhood Education Support Staff member to contribute to their innovative online learning platform, serving children across Kimberley and beyond. This role is dynamic, involving a blend of administrative support, curriculum assistance, and direct engagement with children and parents in a virtual setting. You will help ensure the smooth operation of online educational programs and provide crucial support to educators and families.

Key Responsibilities   Assist in the preparation and organization of online learning materials and resources for educators.
Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, responding to inquiries, and maintaining digital records.
Facilitate virtual engagement activities for children under the guidance of lead educators.
Support parents by providing information, troubleshooting technical issues, and facilitating communication.
Monitor online classroom participation and provide feedback to educators on student engagement.
Contribute to the development and refinement of online educational content and activities.
Requirements   High school diploma or equivalent; further education in education or administration is a plus.
Experience in an administrative, support, or childcare role is highly desirable.
Proficiency in using common office software and online collaboration tools.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
